The purpose of the Code of Conduct of Urbas Grupo Financiero, S.A. is to establish ethical principles to guide the behaviour of all the people who work in the company and to provide general guidelines for conduct that help to comply with these principles and current legislation. It is applicable to all employees of all group companies, suppliers, business partners and subcontractors with whom we work.
In order to support our employees, partners, customers and third parties with whom we do business, a Whistleblower Ethics Channel has been created alongside this Code of Conduct so that anyone can report any conduct or situation that contravenes the Code. The whistleblowing channel is, by its nature, public and accessible to any user related to the Urbas Group. Anonymous reporting is permitted, although we encourage whistleblowers to identify themselves, as this facilitates the processing of reports.

Personal data provided through the Complaints Channel are subject to the strictest confidentiality and will be processed exclusively by authorised personnel for the management and processing of the potential complaint, incident or irregularity. The personal data provided will be processed for the sole purpose of managing and processing the complaints, incidents or irregularities reported, in accordance with the provisions of the Group’s Code of Conduct.
