The personal data provided to URBAS PROYECTOS URBANISTICOS, S.A. or to any of the companies that make up its group (hereinafter URBAS) by the User or Customer, now or in the future, will be recorded in files of URBAS for the purpose of being used by the company, in accordance with the provisions set out below

1. URBAS will use such data to:

a) Manage the User's record.

b) Carry out segmentation or customer profiles, for commercial purposes, in order to adapt products or services to specific needs or characteristics, and for risk analysis purposes, in order to analyse operations in which the User is involved, conserving, in both cases, the segmentations or profiles until the operation is formalized, and the User may object to such processing at any time. a realización de segmentaciones o perfiles de cliente, con fines comerciales a efectos de adaptar los productos o servicios a necesidades o características específicas, así como con fines de análisis de riesgos para el análisis de operaciones en las que intervenga el Usuario, en ambos supuestos conservando dichas segmentaciones o perfiles en tanto en cuanto la operación llegue, en su caso, a formalizarse, pudiendo oponerse en cualquier momento a dicho tratamiento.

2. The User may exercise, free of charge, both at the registered office indicated above or at any of the offices of the developer, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection to the data.

3. . The User authorizes URBAS to assign and/or interconnect his or her personal data provided relating to Tax Identification Number/National Identity Document number, Sex, Date of Birth and Province of Residence, to any of the companies that make up the URBAS Group. This consent may be revoked at any time without retroactive effects
